This is a story by CBC about students at the Culinary Institute of Canada in Charlottetown cooking Haggis to celebrate Scottish tradition on Robbie Burns Day this year. It’s a great read.

Robert Burns, also known as Rabbie Burns was born the 25th of January, 1759. He was also known as Rabbie Burns, the Bard of Ayrshire, Ploughman Poet. He was a Scottish poet and lyricist. He is known worldwide as the national poet of Scotland and his birthday is celebrated by Scots every January 25th.
